Jewelry Tune-Up

While it's normal for sterling silver jewelry to show gentle wear and oxidation, if your Punky Jane piece is dirty and tarnished, we are more than happy to tune-up your piece. In most cases, the only cost will be shipping.

Tune-up includes:
- Cleaning and removal of tarnish on all silver components [stamped pieces, jump rings, chains]
- Polishing and refinishing
- Re-oxidizing/blackening characters

PLEASE NOTE that we can only tune-up and repair Punky Jane Jewelry pieces.

This listing covers USPS First Class shipping and handling of your piece both ways within the United States. After purchase, we will send a pre-paid and addressed return label to you via email for you to send your piece back.

Please return in a 6x9 padded envelope with your piece protected, and do not send anything that wasn't included with your Punky Jane order.



ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Need a tune-up? Before ordering, contact us and let us know your name or order number so we can retrieve your original order information. Describe what you think needs to be done. We may ask that you send a picture. This will help us be sure we have all the information we need before your tune-up. 

Pricing: We are happy to tune-up and clean pieces for only the cost of shipping. There may be a small additional charge for repair work, crystals, etc.

Timing: Once we receive your piece, please allow 5 business days in studio to complete the tune-up. Allow 2-3 weeks total from the time you drop your piece in the mail until it's delivered back to you.

We also offer Polishing Pads and Cloths that will help you keep your Punky Jane looking its best.
